本機針輥傳動採用三角皮帶與感應式伺服馬達，搭配微電腦張力控制系統數位控制，數據化管理，依客戶所需張力自動追蹤，維持生產過程中布匹的張力穩定。適用於平織、針織、特立可得、毛巾布、倣麂皮、組織布、超細纖維布及彈性布…的毛圈、緯紗起毛用。經起毛後，呈現短又濃密的細毛，布匹厚實，柔順且觸感特佳之效果，提高布匹之附加價值。
The needle roller transmission use belt and induction servo motor to drive and
collocate microcomputer tension control system to control by digital data that
could automatic trace in term of customer's request for tension. Then it can
keep fabric tension steady in the raising process. This machine is applicable to
raise weft of woven, knitting, tricot, towel cloth, suede, micro-fiber and
elastic fabric. After raising process, the fabric surface will appear short and
thick fuzz that make fabric thickset and soft and excellent touch to increases
textile additional value, for apply a rather extensive equipment.
